Besides booking the whole area, all reservations are accepted on date 1st every month up to 6 months in advance.
◆ check-in, check-out
All guests occupying the room are required to complete a Guest Registration Card as a record of your stay on arrival. We will also ask for all guests’ photocopy of the passport ID page.
Full payment must be made in CASH(Japanese Yen ONLY) at time of check-in, no credit card and cheque.
The check-in time is 16:00-21:00(JST) and the check-out time is 11:00(JST).
We don’t have early check-in but we can keep your luggage before the check-in time. However, since our staff may not be in the hostel/guesthouse at 12:00-16:00(JST), please make a note of your arrival time when booking. Besides, If your arrival time is after 21:00(JST), please also make a note of it when booking.
※ Our staff may not be in the hostel/guesthouse sometimes. If you will arrive before or after the time you told us, please call or email us in advance.
Our front desk is open at 9:00-12:00(JST) and 16:00-21:00(JST).
◆ Cancellation Policy
Please make sure to confirm your travel arrangements before booking. You can cancel or modify your reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy and please be sure to mail us: firstname.lastname@example.org
We will charge you cancellation fee as follows.
Cancellations made 7-30 days prior to your reservation date will incur a 30% charge.
Cancellations made 4-7 days prior to your reservation date will incur a 50% charge.
Cancellations made 2-3 days prior to your reservation date will incur a 70% charge.
Cancellations made 1 prior to or on your reservation date will incur a 100% charge.
Guests who do not show for their confirmed reservation will incur 100% no show fee equivalent to total value of the reservation.
Please fill out this reservation form and we don’t accept reservations by phone. After we received your reservation form, we will reply to you within 1-3 days with tentative reservation details. Please reply this mail within 2 days to comfirm your reservation and then we will send you “Reservation Confirmation”.
Please note that your reservation will be fixed after you send e-mail again to our reply.
